Description
Changelog:
● big part of translation for old php files deleted (system_requirements.php and release_notes.php),
● those sites was move to trac/wiki or wiki,
● fixed link for more informations,
● added missing "msgstr" into en.po file,
● pl.po updated to the newest revision.
