Changelog:

  • big part of translation for old php files deleted (system_requirements.php and release_notes.php),
  • those sites was move to trac/wiki or wiki,
  • fixed link for more informations,
  • added missing "msgstr" into en.po file,
  • pl.po updated to the newest revision.

I attached pl.po because patch for this file don't work.

Fixed in [15348]

It's partial fixed now, but rest of changes need to be done.
