It appears that in order to contribute, you need to setup Science United as the "Account Manager" under "Tools -> Add Account Manager". Then it started working finally

It just can't seem to see that I am running Boinc and that I've been returning results for years. Anyone got any other ideas on what could be wrong on this? The laptop I am using is a Windows 10 machine with 64bit Boinc client.
