John,

Greetings, having setup eight computers recently for SU, I think I can help... Do 'Stop Using Science United...' from the Tools drop down (Advanced View...). Then give it a moment and reconnect with 'Use Account Manager' option in the same Tools menu. Login and see if that resolves it. Also... Make sure you're using at least 7.18.1 or later (7.20.x preferred) just in case! Happy crunching!

After my third try at using Science United, I've finally thrown in the towel since they won't address many of the issues and concerns people have about this method of pooling projects under one login and making it 'set it and forget it' in management. With all of the errors, bad account, dead project links, etc. notifications and project connectivity issues, it's a hard pass from me! I hope you all get your act together on this as it had potential and fell right on its butt with execution! The stats are also a poorly setup mismatch of gibberish as well! Moving on...

Every damn time... Giving this another shot, don't mess it up!

NFS@Home: Notice from BOINC
This project is using an old URL. When convenient, remove the project, then add http://escatter11.fullerton.edu/nfs/

Gave it just shy of 24 hours, but alas, with constant notifications about account duplication on various projects or link mismatches or the need to manually sync to the SU manager, I gave up... Great in theory, falls flat on its face in practice. It also removes the main driver for many with DC projects... TEAMWORK! No teams, no driver. One last issue... I had a system that can and does get workunits for its Intel GPU if I link manually, but SU is completely blind to this when using the manager method. Going back to dedicated, by-project focus, work!

Also... I've been doing WCG, SETi@Home, DNet, etc for many years... Never seen such a fail in all of my efforts as this one. Cobbled, poorly executed and removes the 'fun' altogether! Join their Borg collective if you must, but I'll join a team and push forward with them!
