Neither are receiving work via Science United. Communication appears to be occurring since both devices are listed as computers in my profile. I also have an RPi 3B loaded with Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS and BOINC 7.17.0; this device is receiving work.

It is possible to run Science United as well as others; the difference is that Science United needs to be added to BOINC as a Project Manager vs. Project.

The argument that credit systems vary from one project to another is moot, as everyone participating in the project is under the same system.

I have two questions regarding this: 1. Why then, would anyone choose to use SU vs. attaching to projects directly? 2. How is it that I am receiving BOINC notices from specific projects? - This is interesting to me if accounts are in fact randomized; when I click on "more..." to get more information I am taken to the projects' site but cannot log in
