Are you signed in to Science United on the Boinic Clients for each computer?

You can check by clicking your account username and selecting Your Computers on the left.

Issue is not with downloading BIONIC.

My issue is Science United is not properly syncing with the BIONIC client.

First off, I created my account first. Then I downloaded the link from this site (non-vm). I installed Boinc and its directory to a secondary drive 'D' which is a 1TB SSD "samsung". I have windows 10 Pro. However, attempting to sync the Boinc manager with SU leads to an error which is, "Failed to update account manager", really vague. So I remove the account and attempt to manually log in to SU. Now I get this error, "Failed to add account manager".

So I am basically stuck at trying to talk to SU.
