A few months ago, I lost the ability to remove/delete computers that were once associated with my Science United account but are no longer active. Therefore, it makes it hard for me to single out the computers that are active and their status, etc. Is this a feature that has moved or can be reinstated in any way? bkinney2020 |

Oops, I just saw that in "Science United info" > "view" there is a "Hide" button. Which meets my needs. |

Hello fellow donation master under your view settings you can hide your systems. |

That is not deleting a system that does not exist for me any more! |

I have the same issue. About once a week, I get a notice from Science United telling me one of my computers hasn't reported in 7 years and two others haven't reported in 4 years. The simple explanation is that one or more of these computers does not exist anymore. Another explanation is that I have renamed a computer and it reports under a different name. There is one other possibility. Since I dual-boot my linux computers with Windows, it may be waiting for a report from a computer that I run for 15 minutes only once a month. Whatever the reason, how do I fix this? |

Same-O, same-O. Science United continues to notify me that the computer totally erased and removed from my office last October (10 months ago) is not performing. Correct. How may information be updated to: (1) eliminate reference to the obsolete machine and (2) include the superseding unit? |
