Hey, I get the following message: Milkyway@home: Notice from BOINC This project seems to have changed its URL. When convenient, remove the project, then add http://milkyway-new.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/ I let Science United manage the projects, how do I continue? Michel |

I have this question as well. Just cancelled my 2 completed workunits on MW@H since I hoped that would allow me to remove the project. That didn't help. Running BOINC Manager 7.24.1 (x64) on Win11 H |

I have the same problem. Another person and I reported it to the SU developer on Github. The Developer is already in the process of trying to contact the Milkyway project lead. |

I get this message and an additional message that I have an "Invalid or missing account key', I tried resetting the project, but that did not help. |

Same issue. I created a new private account via Milkyway@home and this account works fine because I used the new URL. Shame there isnt a way to modify the BOINC URL for Science United created accounts. I mean its working now, but I like having all my work, and accounts, and time to be calculated together for the certificate we can download. |

Hi everyone, I've got that problem also with RNA World and World Community Grid. Boinc is sending me these messages, while everything is working just well and I'm getting tasks from both of these projects. My guess would be that Boinc is confused about the protocol: The message suggests a URL with the HTTP protocol (http://www.rnaworld.de/rnaworld/) while the project currently is using the same URL but with the HTTPS protocol (https://www.rnaworld.de/rnaworld/). I'm ignoring these messages at the moment, but this isn't a good solution for my understanding. BF |
