Has anyone seen tasks that have deadlines quite a ways out running while existing tasks that were previously running and due in a couple days are put on hold?

Is there any logic to ensure that each task is given enough time to complete? I would think tasks would normally start with tasks with the earliest deadline.

I am seeing this on Windows 11.

Seems like the only way to prevent tasks from failing at times due to a missed deadline is to manually intervene and suspend every other task to force a task that is nearing its deadline to run.
