Question:

Is the wording https://scienceunited.org/su_compute_prefs.php for 'low power' correct?

Use 25% of processors, and stop computing when computer is idle. Does this mean that tasks are only done when the users computer (CPU) is not idle?[/b]

My testing is showing tasks stopped, & using max CPU's

From my BOINC Computing Preferences ( from last sync using 'Low Power' setting )

Usage Limits:
100% CPU
100% CPU Time

SUSPEND:
on battery
when computer is in use

It seems that this is still broken, and broken is both a description and also how it works.
