Using an account manager I am not able to open an account on a running project website to inform them of problems.

There is not a way for me to tell them without managing the project myself removing all tasks and then the project. Then adding back the project I could then open an account and let the folks know. I have seen these stalled GPU tasks last for days on multiple clients doing nothing and requiring user intervention. Anyone else running GPUGRID tasks seen this issue or can pass this problem on? Now I do not have to manage these errant tasks anymore. I was aborting these jobs on a daily basis with maybe 50% failing on all 4 of my clients that run GPU jobs.
