When I run with Science United as my Manager, how are completed tasks on projects credited?
Are they credited to me with BOINC and recorded as data for me as an individual , or are they Credited to
Science United?

They are credited to Science United and you don't get any credit. I have done more than 38000 Milkyway@home tasks without getting any credit or badge. You only received a weekly letter of thanks by a BOINC admin stating how many hours you have lodged and how many tasks you have completed.

It might be a good idea to post this information so it would be available to the new volunteers for Science United who have joined since seti@home went dark.

I just noticed that the member's detailed information, by project, is also reported on the member's Home Page of Science United.

So why should anyone join a team? Would it not be better for me to leave all teams and run as an individual, which would then mean my team manager
(Science United) would issue badges etc?. Maybe I should even leave Science United and set BOINC as my Project Manager seeing how I am using BOINC
Client as my Projects front-end software?

Science United is not a team. I have several BOINC projects running from 2004,before joining Science United, and I chose the team BOINC.Italy for all them. When I see the projects I am running in the BOINC manager, projects running in Science United do not show any team.
