Description

The partition my Windows OS is running on is running short on disk space. I have several others with ample space, and I would like to be able to allocate more space for BOINC's usage. I cannot find an option in the client to select the drive to be used for processing BOINC data. I am using BOINC Manager 5.1.30 . Please advise.

  • Uninstall BOINC (your data will be kept).
  • Move the C:\Program files\BOINC directory into wherever you want.
  • Reinstall BOINC, telling it to install there. I'm sure the installer asks you where to install it.

And done.
