Mark all threads read button in Q&A section

Description

Requesting that we get a Mark all threads read button in the Q&A section of the forums as well. Now it's only found on the index of the Message Boards forums.

Perhaps have them separate the function as well, that pressing the one in Q&A only marks all threads in the Q&A section read? If that's not possible, then forget that. :-)

(In [14487]) - web: add "Mark all threads as read" button to Help Desk (fixes #531)

  • add "self" link to RSS notify feed
  • web: if fail to send email, don't show error message

(might reveal recipient's email addr)
