Progress field in transfer window is garbeled

I'm uncertain if this is a result of a divide by sero error or an uninitialized field, so I'm proposing a medium prority in case it may affect program stability.

BTW, just a sigh from the heart (not a bug report or wish):

It's unlogical that a WU which isn't downloaded or uploaded yet should yield a progress of 100%. Nor does it look Ok to display transfer amount before anything is transferring. This information is only valid during and after a transfer, to show progress in bytes and the total that was transferred after it's complete. One more thing: I see results being uploaded with more than 100% constantly. 106% is not unusual. But totally illogical...

I suggest you re-think the whole transfer display all over again.
