Enable both the grid views and the list views within the manager

Description
Create a menu item that can be used to toggle between the grid based views and the list based views.
The list based views work best for accessibility aids, such as a screen reader.

Add option to sort the Tasks/Status? column, so that 'Running' would always be on top, then 'Waiting to run'.
