QMC@Home workunit settings : max # of error/total/success results 5, 5, 5 minimum quorum 1 initial replication 1

Bug : after 5 error results the workunit gets delivered a 6th time - even a correct result will not be accepted as it will violate two of the three "max #" values.

This bug is not specific to QAH and it is not a new problem, I have seen it in several projects with different quota settings and various server side software versions.

Might be a scheduler or transitioner problem.

Is this a definition issue like Ticket #276? In the example, 5 errors have occurred, but that does not exceed the Max # Of Errors.
