make_project creates unneeded symbolic link

Description

A symbolic link is created by make_project within /html/user_profile/ called user_profile and linking to ../user_profile (itself again). This link has been there from the beginning of BOINC, if I remember correct. :)

(In [14441]) - make_project: don't create symbolic link html/user_profiles/user_profiles.

If there was ever a need for this, it has disappeared. Fixes #524
