Order of prompts when using service install

If you install as a service, and mistype the confirmation password for the service account, it first asks if you want to allow the account to "logon as a service", and then it gives the error about passwords not matching. (After re-typing the passwords, it doesn't ask again). I think those messages should be reversed; only ask about logon as service after all input checking was done and succeeded.
