Quote marks escaped after PM preview

Description
After reviewing a PM, single and double quotes are escaped in the text. The preview is correct. But if you preview again, the slashes are in your message. So you need to remove the slashes before sending the message.
Found on Seti and confirmed on test forums.

Works for me in my test installation (revision [14238]).
