Direct way to request account key

Description
Currently the only way to get your account key is to log out of your account and then click on the link from /home.php.
It would be more convenient if you could request it while logged in.
I'm thinking of a situation where a person forgets their password. They then have to log out of an account they're already logged into. But some projects have mail servers that are down, or at times free email services (I'm thinking of hotmail) eat (as in don't even dump the message into spam) the email from the projects. Now the person is logged out of the account and can't log back in (assuming a cookie isn't stored) and can't get their account key.

If a user is already logged in, and he forgets his password, there is a "change password" link on home.php. It doesn't ask for an account key.
