rss.gif not copied by make_project

Description

make_project did not copy rss.gif, which is needed on the home page of the project. I copied it ba hand: cp html/user/xml.gif ../projects/yoyo/html/user

I used server version 13151

I'm guessing you meant xml.gif instead of rss.gif on the ticket title?

[13154] was one step backwards in getting #144 fixed (reason: quotes around src attribute value were removed)
