boinc.msi should be distributed along with the setup exe as it's much smaller

Description
When you install BOINC, Installshield extracts the original .msi from the wrapped exe. The .msi is just 900kb in size, and .msi is enough for many users. So I propose to have both boinc.exe and boinc.msi on the website.
