Dual core Int Benchmark instability

On dual core systems (but not HT ones) the integer MIPS can vary dramatically. It was first reported by Tony on the ​alpha list which includes data from old core clients and different machines.

It has been further documented ​here.

I replaced my ancied computer that was running Seti@home. The new one has a Win. Vista Home Premium. I downloaded Seti. I have not been able to get work [attatch to a project]. I get the message try again. Is there that much of a baclog or am I doing something wron with Boinc Manager?
