Dual core Int Benchmark instability

On dual core systems (but not HT ones) the integer MIPS can vary dramatically. It was first reported by Tony on the alpha list which includes data from old core clients and different machines.
It has been further documented here.

Looks much better in 5.10.1

I replaced my ancied computer that was running Seti@home. The new one has a Win. Vista Home Premium. I downloaded Seti. I have not been able to get work [attatch to a project]. I get the message try again. Is there that much of a baclog or am I doing something wron with Boinc Manager?
