5.9.12_windows_x86_64 on Vista64 Manager graphics problem

Please look at the attached files. After installing 5.9.12 version, no one of the project stay visible at the Projects Tab. Project applications and uploads/downloads works as usual. On the Task Tab only part of the tasks is visible. Downgrade to 5.9.11 (x86_64) version resolves the problem.

The same effect with 5.10.0 (x86_64). Again, the last partially visible task is seti@home workunit, and no projects visible on the Project Tab.

seti@home application uses "_" symbol (setiathome_enhanced) in its 'name'. Is it possible, this is the reason of the described problem?

5.9.12 and 5.10.0 works properly. It seems the reason were multiple version numbers in 'standard' app_info.xml file in setiathome project directory.
