missing tag <log_dir> in default config.xml

Description

The tag <log_dir> is missing in the default config.xml created by make_project. This leads to a non working ops/show_logs.php page. I already added the documentation here.

(In [12582]) - make_project: create <log_dir> element in config.xml

(so that show_logs.php will work). Fixes #170
