Description
I hope to summarise this bug report correctly: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=629434
The submitter says that when updating (?) the project the world community grid would reply nicely but the BOINC client would attempt to send a not-ciphered POST.
I'll ask if this is observable also with other projects than the WCG (SETI he should try) but you may have some immediate idea.

The issue persists in Version 6.12.34.
Testing projects other then WCG does'nt work as generally no connection is possible when using a proxy.
Downloading work-units in a non-proxy network works fine. Tested out NTLM force option with no success.
