Description

This patch should make all preferences screens translatable. I had to introduce a new function in prefs.inc that displays translated radio buttons in forms. This is NOT TESTED yet.

Nicolas: Please test these changes on your babel project first!

The 'patch' keyword means "ticket contains patch"; no more and no less. It doesn't mean it's pending checkin.
