Header cal.h not installed

Description
The file lib/cal.h is not being installed on a server when you say 'make install', which causes applications built against the installed version of libraries and headers to fail. (Building against the source tree works.) This file needs to be added to the 'install' target.

This file has been renamed cal_boinc.h. Is this still a problem or is it now properly installed?
