TaskBar PopUp Menu Isn't in Vista/7 Style

Vista/7 menu style look like for example "Help" in Main Menu: ​http://i45.tinypic.com/314qh3q.png

But TaskBar PopUp Menu on the same system (Windows 7) look like under XP or earlier MS OS. When I've developed small application in the end of term I've got same problem, but I've remember that solving it wasn't hard to implement (can't help here because I used CodeGear C++ Builder and Standard components, not VS and wxWidgets): ​http://i45.tinypic.com/2ll204g.png
