Description
Can we have (a) line(s) showing what options people have set in their cc_config.xml file as well, please?
The start-up messages show the log flags already, but we could do with the options as well, as people frequently forget they ever set them. (most notoriously that they set the <ncpus> or <no_gpus> options).

no_gpus was already there. I added ncpus, zero_debts and return_results_immediately. I think those are the only common ones.
