BOINC doesn't resume after Standby/Hibernate

I'm using BOINC (x64) on Vista x64 and the WCG project. UAC is enabled. BOINC is setup to work after 0.2 minutes of idle time.

Use case:
Startup Vista
BOINC works as expected. Tasks are suspended on user activity and resumed after 12 seconds of inactivity.
Put Vista into Standby and resume afterwards.
BOINC is active after resuming from standby.
Do something :)
BOINC suspends but does not resume anymore when the computer is idle.

The changesets 18667 and 18705 sound like they could fix the problem but I'm not sure. Maybe someone else knows.

This issue should be fixed in 6.10.
