Reorganize CSS files and enchantmets for "white.css"

Description

Finally I had enough free time to back to BOINC. =D

I had prepared patch for "white.css" file which include new buttons style, minor fixes and cleanup.

Summary: Few enchantments for white.CSS style → Reorganize CSS files and enchantmets for "white.css"

I had prepared another patch which totally reorganize CSS on BOINC web.

Now we have two CSS files: main.css - which contains all styling without colors "color".css (white.css) - which contains only colors for main.css (color

Initial release, still need testing.

To do: made new/update black.css file

BOINC Alpha index.php also should be updated - link to stylesheet is missing now :)

Also notice should be added for all people who decide to upgrade their projects to latest version that after upgrade index file must be upgraded manual.
