Description
When computations are suspended via Suspend on the Activity menu, the Completion Time for tasks running prior to suspension counts up steadily, second by second, apparently without limit.
This behavior is a new bug. It should not be confused with the familiar increase in Completion Time that occurs when a task regresses to the last checkpoint because it was suspened but not retained in memory (i.e. "leave apps in memory" is not selected).
I have observed this behavior with Einstein and ABC tasks on Linux and Windows. I did not test on other projects.

Possibly fixed in [16907]. (I won't close the ticket until testers confirm)
