Description
Suggested by the guys over at Seti.
Can we have an option to throttle the gpu please. At present (in BOINC 6.4.5) there is only an option for cpu throttling.

It's not clear that this is needed.
BTW: throttling the CPU will throttle the GPU too, regardless of the % of CPU used by the GPU app
