The file was initially committed as "clientgui/TermsOfUsePage .cpp". It should be renamed to "TermsOfUsePage.cpp" without the space.
Also, the manager on trunk currently doesn't compile on Linux because the makefile wasn't updated yet (should add TermsOfUsePage.cpp and remove AccountKeyPage.cpp).
