Vagueness with BOINC 6.2.14 version status

Description

BOINC 6.2.14 was reverted to development version, but news on the BOINC main site still inform users about new recommended version for all platforms.
Also Mac OS X 6.2.14 Unix command-line application need an info about development status on the download_all.php page.
