Blockquote CSS for quoted forum text applied to entire site

Description

The CSS definition for blockquote in white.css is too broad, and applies to every blockquote on the site, not just those in the forums (where text is quoted already). There is already #blockquote.postbody for the forum text. Thus the generic blockquote style needs to be make simpler, without the veritical left bars.

Also, it should be just blockquote.postbody, not #blockquote.postbody
