Description

"View Tickets" tab doesn't contain any default report interesting for new users. It would be more useful to display a list of current bugs by default.

This can be done with trac .11 using this in trac.ini: 

[query]
default_anonymous_query = status!=closed&cc~=$USER
default_query = status!=closed&reporter=$USER
