Description
I use an HP a6100y Pavilion PC w/Windows Vista Home Basic SP1; Intel Pentium CPU 3.40GHz; 2 GB RAM.
My Boinc screensaver goes to blank screen after a few minutes, although this option is not selected in Options/Preferences?.

Not a BOINC problem. It's most probably a setting in your Windows, under the Energy settings in Control Panel, or under the options for the screen saver in Windows. Check there first.
