Bring back CPU model on computer list

The Your computers page shows only the CPU vendor since [14897]. This makes it a lot harder to tell computers apart, as they all show as "AuthenticAMD" or "GenuineIntel". I bet a lot of people don't have their computers named so they can tell computers apart only from the hostname. And when users look at the computer list from another user, the hostname doesn't show anyway.
