Description
When I try to access http://boinc.berkeley.edu it appears 500 Internal Server Error message.
It works normally on English. This message have appeared for more than a 2 months.

Bad translation file. Several of the strings had double quotes in the middle.

In addition, if I set it to Spanish, it works, but if I set it to "use browser default", I get a blank page, even though Spanish is the default on my browser.
