Boinc Manager Freezes

Description
I installed 5.10.42 on Vista Enterprise x64 two days ago as a service over the top of an existing 5.10.X installation, much as I have done everytime a new version is released. In that time, the boinc manager has become unresponsive twice. Killing the boincmgr.exe and and restarting it doesn't fix it. The only fix is to stop the boinc service and then start it again. While restarting the boinc service, Windows will complain that its taking too long or that the service has stopped responding. If I restart the boinc service when I don't notice the manager has froze, 10 minutes after the last service restart for example, the boinc service stops and starts rather quickly.
