This works on other projects; maybe Engima and Cosmology have an email server problem

Then it must be contagious as Hydrogen (also updated to later than 14224) won't send out email notifications either. I also tested at POEM, that did send me a notification, they are updated to 14224 exactly (with some rewrites by Timo on broken code).
