Server message confuses users

Description
Error on file upload: [xxx] locked by file_upload_handler PID=999
should have "server" in the message text or users will try to restart, then reboot just to see that the message doesn't go away - and probably kill the result.

- file upload handler: say "out of space on server" instead of
"out of space on device"; users get confused by the latter, think it refers to their disk
