Project-specific preferences reset by AMS RPCs

When changing resource share or other project setting from an account manager like BAM, the project specific settings like "run beta apps" or "workunit length" (Rosetta).

<zombie67> yesterday, I cranked up SIMAP, and cranked down all the rest of the projects in BAM. Now today, I have to go to each project site, see if they have project-specific preferences, and manually set them back.
<zombie67> what a pain. And when SIMAP dries up, I will need to do it all over again.
<zombie67> defeats the whole point of BAM
