upgrade script does not maintain correct download symlink

Posted by: Date: 2:33 AM 03-09-2007 When I updated by boinc version with the upgrade script, the html/user/download symlink in the project directory pointed to non-existent test_project download directory instead of that for the project.

Would have saved me a lot of time figuring out why clients started getting http errors if this was created correctly.
