Description

Since the installation of Win Boinc 5.10.20 (over previous 5.10.13), I can sometimes see weird huge file transfer speeds, in "both" BoincManager?, BoincView? and BoincCmd? (thus probably reported by client). Occasionally some of the speeds are shown this way and eventually they get in few seconds corrected to some meaningful value:
