Description

On a clean install, computer never had any boinc on it before,

Downloaded boinc 5.10.13 for win98+ to desktop (Version shown when browsing to boinc.berkeley.edu and selecting download.) Run installer from desktop Get error: 155: file C:\WINDOWS\DESKTOP\INSTMSIA.EXE not found
