named anchor for forum posts needs to be above the post, not in it

The anchor associated with a forum posting is a bit down in the posting, so that when you jump to a particular post the alignment is awkward and the column headers may be obscured. This is easily fixed by moving the anchor to be the first thing to appear for each post. (For an example of the fix see Pirates@Home)
